Elite organizations and institutions will be prevalent this year.  The strictest of rules and regulations will be observed.  Leadership may not be popular, but it will be dominant.  People will be called upon to retrain in order to hold on to their jobs.  If the rules of nature are followed, the most fantastical organizations imaginable could come into being.  White authority may try to undermine this development, but natural law will prevail rather than man made law.  Children will expand in number and be able to move into leadership roles providing us with long life and vitality.  Independence is attainable through proper investment. Don't get jealous of other people's independence.  Learn to recognize your own realm of authority.
